Rich Solimando is a Licensed Realtor and a member of the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS). He works with buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties throughout Bergen County. He brings invaluable insight of Bergen County and the Pascack Valley area to his clients and sales team.

Rich’s familiarity with the Pascack Valley and his outstanding customer service skills allow him to serve his clients at the highest level and has allowed him to build thriving, long-lasting relationships. He is well spoken, energetic, confident and a team player. His communication and negotiating skills have been essential in closing over $10 million in sales in 2022. Because of his extensive knowledge and network of resources throughout Bergen County, Rich helps his clients beyond just the Real Estate transaction. Even after the sale of a home or property, Rich’s clients continue to rely on him for home improvement advice or recommendations.

Rich currently lives in Emerson and serves as a volunteer firefighter within the borough. He previously owned and operated his own landscaping business for 15 years. Rich holds a New Jersey Fire Inspector license, is a Building Inspector, and has a New Jersey State Security license. He is also a Notary Public in New Jersey. A married father of two children, Rich coaches his children’s sports teams in addition to his professional responsibilities.
