Rich Liguori

Rich Liguori has been a Bergen County resident his entire life. Born and raised in Ramsey, New Jersey, Rich graduated from Ramsey High School. He attended Western New England College in Springfield, Massachusetts, where he received a B.S in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Spanish. While in college, Rich competed in football for four years. Upon completion of college, he was sworn in as a New York City Police Officer and transferred to the Oradell Police Department two years later. While an active full-time officer, Rich attended Seton Hall University, where he received an M.A in Human Resource Training and Development. Rich has been a Police Officer for 22 years where he holds the rank of Sergeant. At work, he’s very active in my community and has been a LEAD officer for over 15 years and founded the River River Dell Junior Police Academy, which was started ten years ago. He currently lives in Emerson, New Jersey, with his wife and two sons, where he has lived for over a decade. Rich is an active volunteer coach in the Emerson/Park Ridge recreation program for football and wrestling. Rich looks forward to the opportunity to share his knowledge and neighborhood with anyone who is interested in planting their roots in this great area.
