Christopher Sapienza

Christopher Sapienza is the Founder of The Sapienza Group and now one of the Team Leaders of the Bergen Realty Team. He is active daily working with clients and training new agents on the Team. Prior to starting his real estate business, Chris owned and operated a successful interior design business. Chris’s familiarity with architecture and homes allows him to provide valuable ideas for renovations and staging advice to his many buyer and seller clients. Additionally, Chris brings over 20 years of sales management experience. Residential and commercial property owners and business professionals that Chris works with say he “speaks our language” and “understands our needs, wants, and pressures”. Chris’s corporate background has also helped him hone his incredible negotiating skills.
Chris is actively involved with the Greater Bergen Board of Realtors, working to lead initiatives in professional development, and community growth.
